Steam eGift Card
Read below the most common questions that come with using a Steam Gift Card. Never share your Steam code with someone you don’t know. If you already did, it may be a scam — read this section for help.
Several factors can cause this error message:
Region or currency mismatch: The currency or region of your Steam account may not match the currency or region of the code you are trying to redeem.
Steam is still processing your redemption: Your code may have been redeemed successfully, but Steam is still processing the transaction. Please wait a few minutes and check your Steam Wallet balance again.
Too many redemption attempts: Repeatedly trying to redeem the same code within a short period of time (for example, more than 10 times within 24 hours) may trigger a temporary restriction on your account.
Typing errors: Double-check that you entered the code exactly as shown and make sure there are no typos or extra spaces.

Steam eGift Cards are region-restricted, meaning the currency of your card must match that of your account. To check which currency your code is for, please refer to your delivery email. Your Steam account region is based on your first Steam purchase and can be viewed in the Store & Purchase History page upon log in. If the currency of your Steam Gift Card and account do not match, you'll need to contact Steam Customer Service for help.

On Dundle, you can use your mobile credit to easily buy a Steam Play Card. Call or text, both options are possible. Select the Steam Card you want and continue to the checkout. In the list of payment methods, choose between several providers specializing in payment by Phone Payment or SMS (e.g., DaoPay) and follow the procedure.
