If your card currency doesn’t match your Google account country settings, it cannot be redeemed for that account. However, you can reach out to Google Play’s Support Team for help. Another option is to change the region of your account to use your funds for their corresponding region, but this can only be done once a year. Open the Google Play app on your mobile phone or go to play.google.com/redeem
Go to the menu on the left upper-hand corner (three lines).
Select "Redeem" from the list.
