Log into the iOS or Android app or to the DoorDash website and go to the “Account” menu. Then tap on “Credits and Gift Card.” Enter the PIN you received from us and tap “Redeem.”
Check it in the iOS or Android app under the “Account Credits” menu or visit the DoorDash website and click the menu icon (3 lines in the top left corner of the ordering page). Then choose “Credits and Gift Card.” Your account balance will be shown on the following screen.
