To top up your Transcash Card with a recharge code, just log in to your Transcash account, head over to the reload section and enter the code you received from us. The new balance will be immediately visible.

To check your balance, just login into your Transcash account or call the French customer service number at +33 (0) 1 53 88 22 76 free of charge. It is also possible to check your balance at the ATM by selecting the “Balance Inquiry” option (keep in mind fees might apply for this option).
