How to redeem your Xbox Gift Card code

On an Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One:

1. Sign in on your console.

2. Press the Xbox button.

3. Select ‘Store’ from the bottom of the menu.

4. From the left-hand menu select “Redeem.”

5. Enter the 25-character code in the field provided.

6. Click “Check code” to confirm.

On an Xbox 360:

1. Sign in to your console.

2. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller.

3. Select ‘Games and Apps’ and then ‘Redeem Code’.

4. Enter the code you received from us.

5. Confirm.

Online: 

1. Go to redeem.microsoft.com.

2. Sign in with your login info and enter the code you received from us.

3. Follow the prompts to confirm.

On mobile:

1. Go to the redeem page and log in to your account.

2. Enter the code you received from us.

3. Click on “Next”.

4. Follow the instructions to complete the procedure.

In the Microsoft Store on a Windows PC:

1. Press the “Start” button and search for “Store” then select “Microsoft Store.”

2. Select your account in the top-right corner of the screen, and click on “Redeem a code or Gift Card.”

3. Enter the code you received from us and click on “Next”.

4. Follow the prompts to complete the process. 

In the Xbox app on a Windows PC:

1. Press the “Start” button and search for “Xbox” then select “Xbox app.”

2. Select your gamepic and click on “Settings”

3. Click on “Redeem a code” and then “Redeem”

4. Enter the code you received from us and click on “Next”.

5. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
