Apple Pay is one of the quickest, most secure ways to pay on your iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch, but you can't use it directly at Amazon's checkout. The simple fix is to buy an Amazon gift card with Apple Pay and redeem the code on your Amazon account.
At dundle, an authorised prepaid reseller selling digital codes since 2012, you can buy an Amazon gift card with Apple Pay for your region and get the code by email in seconds — no account, no card numbers to type, just tap, pay, and shop. Pick your region:
United Kingdom: Amazon gift card for the UK
United States: Amazon gift card for the US
Canada: Amazon gift card for Canada
Australia: Amazon gift card for Australia
Can You Use Apple Pay on Amazon?
Not directly. Amazon doesn't offer Apple Pay as a payment option at checkout, so you won't find it there. The workaround is the same one that unlocks other digital wallets: because Amazon accepts its own gift cards, you can pay for a gift card with Apple Pay through a trusted reseller, then apply the code to your Amazon balance. Apple Pay covers the gift card, and the gift card covers your order.
Why Pay with Apple Pay?
Apple Pay is popular for a good reason, especially on mobile:
Already on your device: it's built into your iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, so there's nothing extra to set up.
No card numbers: you don't type in long card details — a double-tap and you're done.
Biometric security: every payment is confirmed with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
Your real card stays private: Apple uses a device-specific token instead of your actual card number, so it isn't shared with the merchant, the Apple website explains.
How to Buy an Amazon gift card with Apple Pay?
Because Apple Pay is accepted at the checkout of many authorised resellers, buying an Amazon gift card with it takes under a minute:
Open the Amazon gift card page at your chosen reseller and select the country you'll redeem the card in — cards are region-specific.
Pick the amount you want.
At checkout, select Apple Pay and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
Your code arrives by email within seconds, ready to redeem on Amazon.
What You Need to Get Started
If you've bought anything with your iPhone or Apple Watch before, you're already set. Apple Pay just needs at least one card added to the Wallet app on a compatible Apple device, and a way to confirm payments — Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. There's no separate app to download for buying gift cards, and nothing to install on the Amazon side, because you're paying at the reseller's checkout rather than on Amazon itself. Once your code arrives, you redeem it on your Amazon account the same way you would any gift card.
Apple Pay Is Made for Shopping on the Go
The real appeal of this method is speed. Because Apple Pay lives on the device already in your hand, you can buy an Amazon gift card in the time it takes to unlock your phone — that means no digging out a card or typing a long number. That's ideal for a last-minute gift while you're out, a quick top-up before a sale, or grabbing credit one-handed on your commute. The purchase and the biometric confirmation happen in the same tap, and the code is in your inbox by the time you've put your phone away.
Is It Safe to Buy Amazon Gift Cards Online?
Buying from an authorised reseller keeps things secure. Dundle has been selling digital gift cards since 2012, encrypts payments, delivers codes instantly, and offers 36+ secure payment methods with guest checkout, so you never have to create an account. Apple Pay adds its own layer on top: your real card number is never shared with the seller, and every payment is confirmed with your face, fingerprint or passcode. Tip: Whichever seller you choose, check the website URL starts with https:// and never share your gift card code with anyone who contacts you outside the normal checkout process. Legitimate sellers will never ask you to hand it over.
