How to check the Otelo prepaid balance

To check your balance, simply enter *100# on your keypad and then press the call key. You will then receive a statement with your current credit balance.

Note: Otelo credit is valid indefinitely. Remember, however, to use your phone once a year, otherwise your SIM card will expire.
