Bouygues Telecom has decided to stop selling dematerialized phone top-ups from December 31, 2024. As a result, you will no longer be able to buy your Bouygues refills online from this date.
Your top-ups purchased and activated before December 31, 2024 will remain valid until they expire.

Top-ups purchased before December 31, 2024 can be activated until June 30, 2025. After this date, activation will no longer be possible.

You can migrate to a Bouygues Telecom plan to keep your number, or opt for portability to another operator.
