Dial *101*CODE# If you use your Vectone prepaid phone credit to buy one of the prepaid bundles, the bundle is valid for 30 days. If you do not buy a specific prepaid bundle your prepaid phone credit is valid for 90 days.
Austria: After 90 days there is a minimum consumption of 1 € for every 30 days.
France and Belgium: The validity of each top-up is 90 days. Post the 90 days validity period, the credit will expire and the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the expired credit.
Remember: If you do not use the services at least once every 120 days Your Vectone Mobile SIM will be disconnected from the network, this agreement will be terminated, any top-up recorded on your account that has not expired will be forfeited and you will lose your number.
If your credit is used up, you can buy a new Vectone mobile refill in the amount of your choice. For France, Austria and Belgium, Vectone mobile users must use the services at least once every 120 days. After 120 days of inactivity, the Vectone Mobile SIM card is disconnected from the network. Any remaining balance after this time will be lost and you will lose your number.
