You have 4 options for recharging your prepaid phone credit:
Online, in the customer zone of JIM Mobile.
Through the JIM Mobile app on your Android mobile or iPhone.
SMS: Enter the code without spaces or hyphens on your mobile phone and send it to 1984.
Call 1984 and choose the first option.
Your new prepaid phone credit will be immediately available.
No matter how much you choose to recharge, the JIM Mobile credit is always valid for 12 months after its activation.
To see how much prepaid credit you have left, simply text CONSULT to 1984. You will then immediately receive a message indicating your remaining credit amount. You can also view your credit online if you log in to the JIM Mobile website with your customer details or through the JIM Mobile app.
