What is a SYMA refill?

It's easy! Choose the option you prefer: either by dialing 224 and following the voice instructions or by dialing *148#CODE# without space and replacing "CODE" with the recharge code received by email. Your refill is then immediately added to your balance.
Syma Mobile Recharge Cards have no expiration date. However, they are only valid for reloading French SYMA SIM cards. For more information, please consult the SYMA general conditions (available for now only in French).
To check the credit remaining on your Syma Mobile card, go online to your My Syma customer zone or the My Syma iOS or Android mobile app. You can check your credit balance at any time, or by also dialing *148# from your SYMA mobile.
