How to check your KPN balance?
Do you want to know how much prepaid phone credit you have left? Just send a text with the word 'SALDO' to 1266. It's even faster if you enter *101# in the call screen of your phone and press the call button. Your balance will then appear directly on the screen. Tip: Download the free KPN app to keep a close eye on your prepaid credit and mobile data usage.
KPN FAQ
Your credit with KPN prepaid is valid indefinitely. However, you will have to use your balance once every 6 months by calling, texting, using the internet or topping up. If you don't do this, the credit will be frozen for 90 days. Make sure you top up your phone within this time to keep your number and credit.
This digital code for KPN calling credit can only be used if you own a Dutch SIM card. Your credit can be used both at home and abroad.
