How long is my Three Top Up credit valid for?

Your Three Top Up Voucher is valid for 90 days. Be sure to redeem your voucher code within this period. Once redeemed, your credit is valid for a period of 180 days. How you use your credit is up to you, and you even have the freedom to exchange your credit for Data Packs or Add ons. Usually, these bundles last for the duration of 1 month (30 days) unless stated otherwise. Please check the Three Pay As You Go terms and conditions for more information.

How to redeem a Three Top Up Voucher Code?

There are four options to redeem your Three Top Up Code:
Call 444 for free from within the UK and follow the verbal instructions. You need to select “Top up by voucher” and enter your 16-digit code.

Call +44 7782 333 444 if you are using another phone/outside the UK.

Log into My3 and follow the instructions in “Top up your account.”

Use the web direct top-up option provided by Three that does not require logging in. Just enter the number you’d like to top up, select “Voucher” and hit “Top up now.”
