Always check to see if your Top-Up Code has an expiration date. If present, you must spend your credit before the expiration date.

Lebara UK customers:
Dial *#1345* and enter the Lebara Voucher number you received from us followed by # and press the call button.
Top up via your MyLebara account online or via the app.
German customers:
Text *131*rechargecode#.
Call 5588.
Go to the MyLebara app (in German) and top up under “credit”.
French customers:
Call 2323, type in 1, and enter your Lebara recharge code.
You can also activate your Lebara recharge online (in French) or from the MyLebara iOS or Android.
Dutch customers:
Call 1244, follow the on-call instructions, press 2, then enter the recharge code followed by #.
Dial *101* followed by your Lebara recharge code and press the call button.
