What is a Proximus Recharge Code?
It allows you to top up your Proximus mobile credit without any commitment and with complete freedom. You decide when to top up your credit, as well as the amount you prefer. This Proximus recharge is only valid for Proximus Pay&Go+ Prepaid Cards. We offer prepaid reloads for other phone operators, such as Lycamobile or Vectone Mobile.
Important: These recharges can be used in Belgium and in the whole EU (+ Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) with Proximus Prepaid SIM Cards.
FAQ Proximus Recharges
Nothing could be easier and faster! To reload a Proximus Prepaid Card: Dial #121*CODE# by simply replacing "CODE" with the 13-digit code of your Proximus Recharge received by email. Then press the call button. Your extra phone credit is immediately available. Once your credit is used up, you can buy a new recharge at any time via our website.
To check your balance you type #121# in your Proximus mobile phone’s calling menu and press the call key. You can also check your balance via the MyProximus app that you can download to your phone.
Yes, all reloads from €5 to €50 allow you to call, text and use the Internet. Visit the Proximus page to find out more about what each of the reloads offers.
Your top up code doesn’t expire until you use it. However, the validity of your Pay&Go+ Recharge depends on its amount. The Proximus Pay&Go+ top up, at a minimum amount of €10, extends the validity of your SIM card by 12 months. However, it is possible to recharge your credit for only €5 and your SIM card will be extended by a month. Once your Pay&Go+ card has expired, you will not be able to make calls, send SMS or surf the Internet. Remember to reload your card before or within 7 days after the expiration date
