Aral SuperCards are valid indefinitely, as they are considered e-money products, meaning the balance never expires. However, starting from the 25th month after purchase, a monthly maintenance fee of €1.49 applies, deducted from the card balance.

From the 37th month onwards, a monthly commitment fee of 20 euros including currently valid VAT will be charged. The commitment fee will be deducted from the balance available on the card until it is fully depleted. Under no circumstances will fees be charged that exceed the available credit.

Yes, you can. If the balance on your card isn’t enough to cover the full purchase, you can pay the rest with another payment method accepted at the station.

No additional fees are charged at redemption. The card can be used to fully or partially pay for purchases. If the balance isn’t sufficient, the remaining amount can be settled using other accepted payment methods at the station.

Yes. Aral SuperCards can be redeemed in Germany only, at any Aral service station nationwide (around 2,400 locations).

1. Visit any Aral station of your choice in Germany.

2. Present your Aral SuperCard at checkout; the cashier will select it as a payment method and scan its QR code.

3. The terminal will automatically deduct the card balance, and any remaining amount can be paid via another accepted method.

You can check your balance anytime at the station’s cash desk or online on the Aral SuperCard balance page.
