How to redeem your Telekom prepaid credit
Please have the recharge code of your digital Telekom recharge card, which you received from us via email, ready. The following redeem options are:
By SMS
Enter the combination *101*charge code# in your cell phone.
Confirm the entry by pressing the call button.
By phone call
Call the speed dial 2000 (free of charge within Germany).
Follow the instructions of the voice menu.
In the MyMagenta app
Log in to your MeinMagenta account.
Go to "More" and then to "Top up prepaid credit".
Enter your top-up code in the associated field.
Done! Your top-up card has been redeemed. Your new balance is now available on your prepaid card.
