Yes, digital MediaMarkt gift cards can only be used in the country where they were purchased. So, if you want to shop on MediaMarkt.de or in a MediaMarkt store in Germany, make sure you have selected Germany as the country.

1. Visit MediaMarkt.de and choose the products you want to buy.

2. Go to the checkout and select “Gift Card” as the payment method.

3. Enter the gift card number and PIN and click “Redeem.”

Done – The gift card balance will be deducted from the total amount of your order.

Note: If the amount is less than the total sum, you can choose another payment method to pay the remaining amount.

Check balance in-store:

1. Go to a MediaMarkt store.

2. Present your card number at the checkout, whether printed or on your phone.

3. The cashier will scan the code.

4. You will then be informed of your card's value.

Check balance online:

1. Visit the MediaMarkt gift card balance check online.

2. Enter the card number and PIN.

3. You will find out the amount available on your voucher.

Yes, you can use your gift card as many times as you like until the balance is depleted. A cash payout of the remaining balance is not possible.

Yes, if your balance is not sufficient to pay for the entire purchase, you can use up to 19 additional gift cards or another payment method to cover the remaining amount.
