How to redeem your top-up voucher

For United Kingdom

You have many options to redeem the code of your UK Vodafone top-up voucher:

1. Call 2345 for free from your Vodafone Phone

2. Follow the instructions.

Or

1. Text *#1345*CODE# (and replace CODE with the code you receive by email) 

2. Press the call button.

For Netherlands

1. Call the free service number 1200

2. Select “top up via code,” 

3. Enter the code followed by a #.

Or

1. Dial *102*rechargecode# 

2. Replace the recharge code with the code you received from us.

Validity: Your Vodafone prepaid credit is valid indefinitely, provided you use it at least once every 6 months. If not, you can't top up for 3 months. Do you still not top up? Then your number will be disconnected. The Dutch voucher is usable with a Dutch SIM card.

For Germany

1. Enter *100*rechargecode# 

2. Confirm the entry by pressing the call button.

Or

1. Call the Vodafone service number 22922 

2. Follow the on-call instructions

3. Enter the recharge code you received from us.

Or

1. Log in to your vodafone account via the MyVodafone app. 

2. Go to ‘Recharge.’ 

3. Enter the digital code you received from us.

After that, your Vodafone prepaid credit will be automatically topped up directly.

Validity: Vodafone or CallYa credit is valid indefinitely until the end of the CallYa contract. If the CallYa contract is terminated, you can have your Vodafone credit paid out. Vodafone's GTC apply

For Italy

1. Call the number 42010 from your Vodafone phone

2. Follow the instructions in the voice guide

3. When prompted, enter the digital code you received from us
