Similarly, subscription codes intended for use in the U.S., Canada and Mexico cannot be used in countries outside of North America, like in Latin America for instance, and vice versa. Always make sure to buy the subscription card which corresponds to your region.
Select the Nintendo eShop on the HOME Menu to launch the Nintendo eShop.
Select the account you want to use.
Select “Nintendo Switch Online” on the left side of the screen.
Select the “Check/Change Membership” to see the plans.
Scroll down to “Redeem Code” and select “Enter.”

Select “Confirm” to redeem the code.
