There are several ways to add prepaid credit to your TIM mobile phone with the RicariCard code. You can use the MyTIM app or the customer area of the TIM website. Select the RicariCard option and enter the PIN code you received from us. You can also call 40916 and follow the spoken instructions. Lastly, you can text RIC (SPACE) PIN CODE to 40916, replacing “PIN CODE” with the code you received from us. So your entry would look something like: RIC 123456789.
Want to know how much credit you have left on your prepaid phone? You can do so in the MyTim app or in the customer area on the TIM website. Alternatively, you can call 40916 or send a free SMS to 119 with your question (e.g. "what is my remaining credit"). You will receive an SMS reply from the service with the requested information.
