With a Dual Country SIM from Telesur, you can be reached anywhere. However, you will only call and text at local rates if you are in one of these two countries. This applies to both calling and texting within this provider and to other providers. Abroad, higher rates are charged.
All you need to do to top up your Telesur is to enter the code as *100*CODE# on your mobile. You replace the word 'CODE' with the digits you received from us, of course, and end with a #.
